This website is used for internal review of prostate cancer P/PL variants only, not any commercial purpose. Currently, this is testing version, we are still working on it and hope to release full version soon. Any suggestion and functional proposal are welcome. Most data are from NIH clinvar, gnomAD. We also have internal review for recent publications. Some UK Biobank information are also included.
We are providing information based on our knowledge and our work pipeline. Some might not be accurate.
